I do have a tube for the 31k polo but no remote card not sure if i can try it with the one off the polo 2, the connections look about the same. Hi thanks for the reply! I'm trying to find the manual online, is it near enough the same as the polo 1? I've inspected the chassis a bit more and there's 2 diodes that had a crack in the trace above the power supply section, repaired it and tested and it's the same.
Anyone got any clues on where to start i hear the power supplies in them are tepremental? I also have another polo(3?) that's 25k/31k that i need to spin up and see whats going on at some point but i need the standard resolution one sorting first and back into the cab, anyone with any clues please let me know! However it's dead as a doornail no neck glow, no noises, nothing! Not really sure where to start with it, usually monitors die when i'm using them and it gives me some idea of whats going on with the way it dies (ie the old resistor going up or vertical deflection). Set it up correctly and done a visual inspection of the boards and all seems ok, and very clean, no damage. Hello all, i've just aquired a hantarex polo 2 (25') and trying to get it going for a cabinet i've had sitting for a long time.
